Late Night List

Here is a list I made today of reminders of how to feel healthy and happy:
  • eat healthy. think about being vegetarian, know that the word itself is meaningless
  • plant a forest (or dream about it)
  • build a tiny house
  • plant a tree for every tree used to build a tiny house (estimate)
  • collab on art with people you care about
  • brush your teeth
  • keep a sketchbook
  • plan a project
  • do yoga
  • go on a walk
  • research and learn
  • come to terms with self-indulgence 
  • develop and maintain a healthy relationship with the internet
  • clean/reorganize, but don't stress about it
  • think about baby animals 
  • think about space
  • write music
  • take pictures and videos
  • make lists
  • play dress up
  • sleep
